The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/s, on instructions, submits that he is not resisting the application filed for bringing the legal heirs of petitioner no.2. The death certificate is annexed to the application. Though there is a delay of 134 days caused in filing the civil application, the delay has been explained in the civil application.

In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' & 'D'. The civil application is accordingly disposed of.
