Heard. The challenge in this petition is to the order granting interim maintenance of Rs.6000/- to the respondent wife. The petitioner is a practicing Homoeopathy. Admittedly, his income is Rs.31,000/- per month. In the given circumstances, I am not inclined to issue notice to the respondent. The Court concerned is, however, directed to decide the petition at the earliest and preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Writ Petition is disposed of.
