Mr. Patne, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the post of Sapanch of Grampanchayat Ashta (Jahangir) is reserved fro O.B.C. category, the same was reserved for O.B.C. in the year 20052010. Again it is reserved for O.B.C. The post of Sarpanch of Grampanchayat Ashta (Jahangir) was never reserved for S.C. (women) category, the same is illegality committed. 2.

Upon asking about the percentage of the S.C. population in other Grampanchayats, where the post of Sarpanch is reserved for S.C. category, the learned counsel submits that the said data is unavailable. In absence of all such details, it could not be possible to come a definite conclusion.
