The learned Advocate representing the PIL Petitioner draws our attention to the affidavit dated 03.07.2024, filed by Shri Quadri Syed Qamaruddin Syed Karimuddin, Sub-Divisional Engineer, Majalgaon, PWD Aurangabad. He refers to paragraph 13 of the said affidavit, in which it is stated that 75% of the project work is completed and the remaining would be completed by 31.12.2024.

The learned Advocate further submits that the departments which are involved in the said project of preparing the Paithan - Pandharpur Palkhi Marg, should render wholehearted cooperation for the timely completion of the project. With such directions, he submits that this Petition can be disposed off. 3.

In view of the above, we direct all concerned departments, who are connected with the Paithan - Pandharpur Palkhi Marg project, to ensure wholehearted cooperation and avoid unnecessary delay. They should strive to complete the project by 31.12.2024. In the event they are short of time, they would be obliged to move a Civil Application for seeking extension of time. 4.

With the above directions, by consent, this Public Interest Litigation Petition is disposed off.
