Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant. Mr. Pisal, learned Advocate, appears for the Respondent.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant states that Mr. Deshmukh has been discharged from the proceedings and in his place, Mr. Ambetkar has appeared and filed the Vakalatnama.

In view of the above, the Registry of this Court may take the appropriate steps in this regard, pursuant to Discharge of Advocate Deshmukh from the proceedings.

The Respondent is now duly represented.

This Application is filed by the Applicant with a prayer to condone the delay of 206 days in preferring this Criminal Application. 6.

The reasons for such delay are noted in the Criminal Application No.517 of 2025, more particularly in Paragraph Nos.2 and 3 thereof. On hearing the Advocate for the parties and perusing the Application, it appears that a sufficient cause for condonation of such delay has been made out. The learned Advocate for the Respondent has opposed the Application. 7.

However, in the interest of justice, and in the given facts and circumstances, the Court is inclined to condone the delay of 206 days, by passing the following order:-

O R D E R

(i) The Criminal Application is Allowed in terms of prayer clause "A". (ii) The Criminal Application is Disposed of.

(iii) List the Criminal Revision Application on 18 August 2025, subject to removal of office objections.
