11.09.2018 P.C. :- The limited relief claimed by the petitioner is that the proposal sent by the institution seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as a Kamathi is not yet decided.

We have heard Mr.Jarare, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Barlinge, learned counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4 and the learned AGP.

We had asked the learned AGP on the last date to take instructions whether the proposal of the petitioner is decided. According to the learned AGP no order has been passed on the proposal of the petitioner. 4.

In the result, we direct respondent No.2 Authority to decide the proposal seeking approval to

( 2 ) wp6573.16 petitioner's appointment as a Kamathi expeditiously on its own merit, preferably within four months. 5.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
