Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.4. On instructions, the learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.3 to 5 submits that those respondents are ready to consider the prayer of the petitioners to take decision on the pending representation filed by the petitioners on 1st April, 2012.

In the light of the statement made by

1883.16WP the learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 3 to 5, we direct Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 to take decision on the said representation of the petitioners dated 1st April, 2012, if already not taken, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within eight weeks from today.

Needless to observe that after such decision is taken, the same be communicated to the petitioner. In case Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 wish to hear the petitioners before taking decision, it will be open for the said authorities to hear the petitioners and also allow them to place on record the documents in support of their case.

The Petition stands disposed of in above terms.

The parties shall act upon authenticated copy of this order.
