The parties are present in person before this Court and tendered a deed of compromise which has been duly signed and affirmed by them. Parties have verified the contents of compromise deed before the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, who has submitted report of such verification.

Respective advocates appearing for the parties identified parties and submit that in terms of deed of compromise, which is marked as "Exhibit X' for identification, the parties have resolved the dispute amicably.
