By the present Petition, under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner impugned the order dated 16.12.2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-3, Latur in Criminal Revision Application No.78 of 2024, thereby upheld the order dated 19.09.2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Latur below Exh.01 in Criminal Misc. Application No.530 of 2024.

Issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on 24.03.2025.
