Mr. Deshpande, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, he has given representation dated 09.12.2015 after the decision of the Hon'ble Minister for taking an area of 11 Acres 08 Guntha out of land gut No. 37-A situated at Nilanga in possession of the Government. The same is not considered. 2.

In case the representation (Exhibit - D) dated 09.12.2015 is

2 wp 2680.16 pending with the Collector, Latur, then the Collector, Latur shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law after hearing all parties concerned expeditiously and preferably within a period of nine (09) months from the date of appearance of parties.
