This is an application for bringing legal representatives of respondent no.4/original defendant no.1-B on record, namely respondent no.4-A and 4-B. There is delay of 503 days caused in preferring the instant application.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants submits that after issuance of notices on 12th December, 2014, the notices on the present application are served on the respondents. In view of the said statement, the service is complete.

For the reasons stated in the application and as the same is not opposed, the application is allowed. Delay of 593 days is condoned, subject to payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- to the Library, Advocates Association of Bombay High Court at Aurangabad, within a period of two weeks from today. Respondents no.4-A and 4-B taken on record as legal representatives of respondent no.4/original defendant no.1-B.
