1] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was initially appointed to teach English subject. The approval was granted to the appointment of the petitioner, subsequently, English subject is closed down. The management asked the petitioner to teach Economic subject as the petitioner is also possessing qualification to teach Economic subject. The said proposal submitted seeking approval to the absorption of the petitioner in Economic subject is pending with Deputy Director of Education.

2] The learned AGP accepts notice for respondent nos.1 and 2.

2312.22WP 3] In case the proposal seeking approval to the absorption of the petitioner [Page-41] is pending with respondent no.1, then respondent no.1 shall decide the said proposal, on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, preferably within four [4] months.

4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
