This civil application has been preferred for amendment to change the incorrect numbering of the respondents.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in the writ petition respondent no.5 had expired and her legal heirs were brought on record. However, inadvertently instead of adding respondent nos.5A to 5E, the respondents came to be added as respondent nos.6A to 6E and as such, seeks correction and consequently seeks to amend the serial numbers of the subsequent respondents.

Civil Application is allowed. Amendment to be carried out within a period of three weeks.
