The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that although various submissions are canvassed, he finally submits that since maintenance is awarded against him, the suit be expedited so that the interim maintenance is not continued without decision of the Court for a long period of time.

In view of the submission made, the Special Civil Suit No.60 of 2021 is directed to be expedited by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, and in any event, the same be decided within a period of three years from the date of this order.
