The petitioner submits that he has filed application for issuance of the corrected tribe certificate as per the order passed by the Committee in the appeal filed by the petitioner.

The Respondent No. 2 shall issue corrected Tribe certificate to the petitioner of Koli Mahadeo (Scheduled Tribe) in view of the orders passed by the committee in the appeal filed by the petitioner. The same be issued

( 2 ) wp 1848.18 expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
