As regards the application for suspension of sentence filed by the other co-accused persons, it is to be noted that this Court on 15.12.2022 had heard them and after disinclination, they had withdrawn the said application. On the same day, learned advocate Mr. Kadarale was present, he had requested for adjournment and it was granted. 2.

When we expressed disinclination to grant relief to present applicant also, learned advocate for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application. Leave granted.
