Heard learned counsel for the applicant - original claimant. The applicant claimant is seeking condonation of delay of only 19 days. But there is also circulation delay. The respondent though served, but remained absent.

Considering the short period of delay, the same stands condoned subject to condition that the applicant shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay and also in circulating the matter belatedly.
