Mr. Biradar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the pensionary benefits are not advanced to the petitioner. The proposal of the petitioner for grant of pensionary benefits is pending with the Education Officer.

Mrs. Diggikar, the learned counsel appears for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 and submits that, the Education Officer would take decision on the proposal of the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with law.

In case, the proposal of the petitioner for grant of pensionary benefits is pending with the respondent No. 4, then the respondent No. 4 may take decision on the same, on its own

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
