A private dispute between the Petitioner and Respondent Nos.5 to 13, is brewing for a long time. There are allegations of forcible dispossession and taking over of possession. The dispute relates to the sale deeds, dated 18/06/2004, 23/03/2012 and 29/01/2014.

In such circumstances, we would not direct the Respondent/Tahsildar to resolve the dispute between these private individuals. The Petitioner is at liberty to approach the Civil Court for seeking appropriate reliefs.
