The applicants are the beneficiaries of the impugned judgment of the Industrial Court dated 16.06.2003 which is the subject matter of the writ petition. The names of the applicants are set out in clause 3 of the operative part of the impugned order. 2.

Mr. Deshmukh, learned Counsel submits that though the Compliant ULP No. 1343/1999 (Old No. 170/97) was filed through S.S.DESHPANDE 1 / 2

7.CA.2050.16.doc the Union, it appears that the Union is not espousing the cause of these applicants. Hence the request to add the applicants as respondents in the petition.

Learned AGP opposes the application.

For the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed.

5.

The petitioner shall add the applicants as Respondent Nos.2 to 4 in the writ petition within a period of two weeks from today.
