PER COURT:- 1.

Mr. Golegaonkar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has retired on 31.05.2018, still no retiral benefits are paid to the petitioner nor pension is paid. The validation proceeding is pending since year 2013.

Mr. Yawalkar, learned A.G.P. submits that he is instructed to take time. So far as the merit of the matter is concerned, he further submits that the committee has kept the matter for final hearing on 28.11.2019.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 28.11.2019. As it is case of the petitioner that the petitioner has filed say to the vigilance report, the committee shall decide it

(2) 1006-wp-11163-2019 within a period of one month from the date of appearance of the petitioner before the committee. Depending upon the decision given, further steps shall be taken immediately by the employer with regard to the retiral benefits.

The respondents may process the claim of the petitioner for provident fund and gratuity. 5.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
