Mr Golegaonkar learned Counsel for petitioner submits that only because the validity proceeding is pending, the monthly salary of the petitioner is withheld.

Mr Patil, learned Addl.G.P. submits that the validation proceeding pending is at the stage of vigilance and the committee would decide the same within three months.

3.

The Committee shall decide the validation proceeding of the within three months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. 4.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 22nd October 2019.

The respondents no.3 and 4 shall not withhold the salary of the petitioner only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending.

6.

Respondents no.3 and 4 may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding.

Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
