This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited in this Court. The acquiring body has deposited only 50% amount under the impugned award. This Court, vide order dated 15/10/2019, had permitted the applicants to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited with this Court. The applicant has now come with a case of medical emergency. The learned counsel for acquiring body opposes the application.

Since the applicant claims to have medical emergency, the application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the balance amount on furnishing solvent surety.
