Under order dated 23.06.2021 in Writ Petition No.6828/2021, we had directed the Committee to take decision on the validation proceedings of the petitioner within six weeks. The same is not yet decided.

In fact the order of this Court ought to have been complied with. However, we grant two months more time to decide the said proceedings. If the decision is not taken within two months, we may take further action against the Committee members.

The contempt petition is disposed of.
