Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks to challenge the order of stay granted by the Hon'ble Minister, which has been communicated to him by the Desk Officer, Maharashtra State. It appears that, after receiving the communication, the petitioner, instead of approaching the Hon'ble Minister for vacating the said stay order, has directly approached this Court. As of now, I do not see any cause of action having arisen. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
