We have heard Mr. Bagul, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. Deshpande, learned Assistant Solicitor General.

Mr. Bagul, learned counsel submits that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the Petitioners were allowed to sale the sugar.

In light of that, purpose of filing these Petitions is served. Challenge to the provisions has remained only academic. The Petitioners are at liberty to assail the said provisions in appropriate proceedings.

Writ Petitions, as such disposed of.

Rule discharged. No costs.
