In these matters validation proceedings are pending. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in Writ Petition

2 wp 1846.18 No. 1846 of 2018 the petitioner is a student. 2.

The respective learned A. G. P. on instructions state that, the vigilance cell report is not yet received. 3.

Considering the above, we pass the following order. 4.

The petitioners in both these petitions shall appear before the Committee on 01.03.2018. The petitioner is a student in Writ Petition No. 1846 of 2018. In view of that, the committee shall endeavour to decide the proceeding in Writ Petition No. 1846 of 2018 expeditiously and preferably by end of May 2018. In Writ Petition No. 1927 of 2018, the Committee shall decide the validation proceeding expeditiously and preferably within a period of seven (07) months from the date of appearance of petitioners. With these observations the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
