The learned Advocates for the respective parties jointly submit that this Court had noted the pendency of the Writ Petition against the order of reinstatement granted to the Petitioner by the Tribunal. Since the Writ Petition No. 5049 of 1999 was pending before the Learned Single Judge, this Court ordered on 01.04.2015, that the Petitioner should move this Petition after the challenge to the College Tribunal's order is decided by the learned Single Judge. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner tenders a copy of the order dated 21.09.2023, recording the compromise of the parties before the District Court at Bhusawal. Therefore, in terms of the compromise, the Management withdrew the Writ Petition challenging the order of the School Tribunal, before the Learned Single Judge.

Both the learned Advocates submit that nothing survives to be decided in this Writ Petition and the Petition be disposed off.

In view of the above, this Petition stands disposed off. Rule discharged.
