On 26.8.2016, this Court had passed the following order:- "1 By order dated 09.02.2015, the Petitioner was granted liberty to take instructions as regards the officer who is holding the charge and add the said authority/ officer to the present petition as a party respondent. Despite subsequent orders and opportunities granted, the Petitioner has not complied with the order for the past 18 months.

None appears for the Petitioner today.

As such, liberty granted by order dated 09.02.2015 has lost it's efficacy and the Petitioner now shall not be at liberty to add any party to these proceedings.

Stand over to 02.09.2016 for dismissal."
