Mr. Jadhavar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application with the Sub Divisional Officer for issuance of corrected Tribe Certificate having the surname. The earlier Tribe certificate is canceled on the ground that the surname is not mentioned in the Tribe certificate. The order of the Committee is dated 16.01.2016. The petitioner has filed an application on 16.02.2016 with the Sub Divisional Officer, however, the S.D.O. has not taken any action.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for all respondents and submits that in case the application is pending the concerned S.D.O. would pass appropriate orders. 3.

In case, the application of the petitioner for issuance of corrected Tribe certificate is pending with Respondent No. 4, after the orders are passed by the Committee, then the Respondent No. 4 shall after verifying the genuineness of the certificate issue corrected tribe certificate to the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within two (02) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
