Mr. Golegaonkar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the committee. The petitioner is a student of 12th standard. He intends to seek benefit of reservation for the professional course.

The learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents.

In case, the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent no. 2, then respondent no. 2 shall endeavour to decide the said proceeding by 15th July, 2019. The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 03.04.2019.

Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
