In all these matters, vigilance cell report has been received by the Scrutiny Committee.

In view of the above, we pass following order. 3.

The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 28.02.2018 and shall receive the vigilance cell report. On receipt of vigilance cell report, the petitioners shall file their reply within a period of fifteen (15) days. The Scrutiny Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of caste/tribe claims of petitioners expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of reply from the petitioners. With these observations and directions, writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
