Learned counsel Mr. Hashmi Taufeeque holding for learned counsel Mr. R.G. Joshi seeks time. Record shows that even from filing of the petition in the year 2013, circulation was not obtained by the petitioner. This Court has gone through the

2 WP 4195/13 communication of the Dispensary Officer made with the petitioner. In the communication, the petitioner is asked to see that rules should follow within three days from the date of passing of order dated 11th December, 2012. The Committee of management of the School is duly constituted. Such communication is challenged and the matter is kept pending for about five years. No interim relief was claimed. In view of this circumstance, the petitioner was expected to reconstitute the Committee. In view of this, Writ Petition stands dismissed.
