We have heard Mr. Doke, learned counsel for Petitioner and Mr. Girase, learned Government Pleader. Mr. Girase, learned Government Pleader submits that already in the village of the Petitioner Sanstha, permission is granted to another Sanstha to open Cattle Camp.

In light of the above, as already the permission is granted to another Sanstha to open the Cattle Camp in the same village, the grievance of the Petitioner need not be considered.

3.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
