ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions.

In both these applications the respective applicants are seeking condonation of delay periods as mentioned therein. The delay appears to be caused due to their financial crisis. The learned A.G.P. as well as the learned Counsel for Acquiring Body strongly opposed the applications on the ground that there is also circulation delay.

However, considering the statutory right of the applicants, the delay periods as mentioned in these applications stand condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid delay

(2) 57 CA-9416.2022.odt period and also for the period in circulating the matters belatedly.

The appeals be placed for admission after removal of office objections.
