The learned counsel for the applicant -wife tendered a copy of order below Exhibit 1 dtd. 29.7.2022 in Petition No. A-1471/2021, which is sought to be transferred in this application. The said copy is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. The said order indicates that the aforesaid petition, which the applicant -wife wants to transfer, has already been dismissed for default. As such, the purpose of this application is now frustrated at this juncture. Under such circumstances, as per the request of learned counsel for the applicant, the application stands withdrawn and disposed of with liberty to the applicant to file afresh, in case the respondent -husband succeeds in restoring the Petition No.A-1471/2021. 2.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
