Mr. Mahesh Patil, learned advocate, states that he has telephonic instructions to appear on behalf of respondent No.3 and he would file his power in due course.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, it appears to be expedient that respondent No. 2 - Schedule Tribe Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Aurangabad decides the tribe claim of the petitioner submitted before it in 2015, expeditiously.

The committee to decide tribe claim of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of writ of this order.

In view of aforesaid and having regard to other facts and circumstances, it does not appear that the matter deserves to be kept pending any further.

Writ petition, with aforesaid directions, stands disposed of. 6.
In view of disposal of the writ petition, civil application as well is disposed of.
