Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the reference court has decided group of references. This court, vide judgment and order dated 25th September, 2015 in First Appeal NO. 524 of 2003 with connected appeals, has decided some of the appeals filed by the claimants against the said judgment and award dated 28.03.2002 passed by the reference court. In the said matters, for jirayat land, Rs.20,000/- per hectare compensation is awarded. The present appeal is also of the same group. Learned AGP also accepts the said fact. 2.

For the reasons recorded in the judgment and order dated 25th September, 2015 in First Appeal No. 524 of 2003 and connected appeals, it is held that appellant is 1/2

921.doc entitled for compensation @ Rs.20,000/- per hectare. Rest of the benefit as granted by the reference court are upheld and maintained.

The first appeal is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
