After hearing, when this Court raised a query, whether an Appeal is maintainable under Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act against the impugned order dated 12.09.2024, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner craves leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file appeal before the appropriate Court.

In view of the above, Criminal Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file appeal under Section 29 of the D.V. Act.

The period which has been consumed before this Court would be the good ground under section 14 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay.
