By the present petition the petitioners/original none-applicants in P.W.D.V.A. No. 298 of 2020 prayed for quashment of proceedings under the D.V. Act. On 24.02.2021 the petition came to be withdrawn to the extent of petitioner No.1, husband, therefore the petition was persuaded on behalf of the petitioner Nos. 2 to 7. However, during the pendency of this petition vide order dated 28.09.2024 passed below Exh.1 in P.W.D.V.A., the matrimonial dispute of the petitioners and respondent is amicably settled. The said order is taken on record and marked 'Exhibit - X' for identification.
