Learned APP, on instructions, from the Investigating OfÏcer submits that the enquiry was made into the application of the petitioner dated 11.01.2021. In the said enquiry, two persons who are named as witness in the alleged incidence by the petitioner have stated that no such incident has taken place as alleged by petitioner. The FIR, therefore, was not registered. 2.
