The Appeal filed by the petitioner is allowed by the Standing Committee thereby order of dismissal is set aside.

It is contended by the petitioner that the Corporation had approached the State Government and the State Government had directed the respondents to give opportunity to the petitioner before terminating him. The said order is passed on 29.05.2018.

Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the Corporation on instructions submits that the respondent-Corporation would act as per the directions given by the Secretary, State Government.

The respondents shall act as per the directions of the State Government dated 29.05.2018 within a period of eight (08) weeks from today. 5.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
