Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner completed the probation period as a Peon and thereafter proposal is submitted for continuation on 1.8.2016 to respondent no.2 by respondent no.3.

Learned A.G.P. states that in case such proposal is pending the authority would decide it

In case the proposal (page 10) is pending with the authority, the authority shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
