The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 2120 days for preferring the appeals. Further there are lapses on the part of the applicants for not circulating the matter for about one year and five months. 3.

The applications are contested by the respondents. 4.

The averments of the applications have not been controverted. I find no oblique motive on the part of the applicants to prefer appeals belatedly. By imposing certain conditions delay needs to be condoned. 5.

The delay of 2120 days stands condoned on condition that the applicants shall not be entitled to claim interest and the statutory benefits 1/2
