Mr.

Gastgar, learned counsel for petitioner states that validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner as Rajgond scheduled tribe is pending, still respondent no.3 has issued a letter thereby directing to submit the validity, else admission would be cancelled.

Mr. Patil, learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent no.1 and states that hearing in the

wp2249.17 case of the petitioner before the Committee is kept on 28.2.2017.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 28.2.2017 and cooperate for expeditious disposal of the said proceeding. The Committee shall decide the said proceeding expeditiously, preferably within four months. 4.

Till the validation proceedings are decided, respondent nos. 2 and 3 shall not take any adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. Respondents can take further course of action depending upon the judgment delivered by the respondent no.1 Committee in validation proceedings.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
