We cannot entertain the present writ petition. The learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No. 3818/2016, fled by the present petitioner challenging earlier auction, under order dated 20th February, 2019, directed the petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs.25,00,000/- (Twenty fve lakh). The Court had referred the contention of the respondent that an amount in arrears is Rs.90 lakh. The said writ petition is still pending. Now, on the premise that fresh auction proceeding is initiated, the present petition is fled.

The petitioner had obtained interim order from the court. It is on the basis of statement of the petitioner that the petitioner would deposit the auction amount in two instalments, the Court had granted stay. The petitioner failed to abide by the same.

In light of aforesaid, the present petition cannot be entertained. Writ petition as such dismissed.
