1] The application is made by the petitioner for issuance of tribe certificate with the correct spelling. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has already filed online application.

2] The petitioner shall surrender the original tribe certificate with incorrect spelling to the respondent-sole. The respondent-sole, after verifying the said certificate having been issued by the respondent-sole, shall issue the corrected tribe certificate to the petitioner, preferably within a period of one [01] month from the date of surrender of the original tribe certificate.
