The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, representations are given for considering the claim of the petitioner for the post of Anganwadi Sevika. (page Nos. 17 and 19).

In case said representations/applications are pending with the respondents, then the respondents shall take decision on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from today.
