On 10/02/2020, the following order is passed :- "1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that under the Atal Financial Assistance scheme, the amount of the petitioner is sanctioned in July-2019, however the same is not yet disbursed.

2. Issue notice to respondents, returnable on 09.03.2020. The learned Additional Government Pleader waives service of notice for respondents no.1, 3 and 4.

The learned Advocate representing respondent No.2 draws our khs/Oct. 2021/2438

- 2 - attention to the GR dated 04/05/2020 vide which certain authorities were directed to surrender their funds to the State Government so as to utilize the same for Covid-19 purposes in the financial year 2020-2021. It is further stated that as soon as the Government provides funds to respondent No.2 in relation to the "Atal Finance Assistance Scheme", the amount sanctioned in July 2019 would be disbursed to the petitioner by following the list containing such parties to whom the amounts are to be disbursed. In short, he submits that ' out of turn'

payment would not be made.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner is agreeable to receive such funds as and when the funds are made available and his turn is reached.
