ORDER :

The application is filed for condonation of delay of 454 days caused in filing appeal against the judgment and award of Reference Court. Both the sides are heard. In view of the contents of the application and submissions made, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. As there will be question of payment of interest at higher rate in respect of 454 days, the learned counsel for original claimant made a statement that claimant is giving undertaking that in respect of that period, he will not claim compensation, if enhanced. In view of this statement, application is allowed. Delay is condoned. 2.
